If your request is declined before work begins, a full refund will be issued.

For Travel Packages

Availability:

  • Travel packages Orders can only be made if the selected date and time are available. If unavailable, the order cannot be processed.


Refund Policy:

  • Travel packages’ Payments are non-refundable, you may reschedule your travel to a later available date if needed.
  • If your request is declined by Danny, a full refund will be issued.


Compatibility:

To ensure an enjoyable experience for both parties, the trip will not commence if the traveller does not match Danny’s style or expectations.

For FFHKD Virtual Currency Terms & Conditions

  • FFHKD Virtual Currency can only be used for designated purposes within DaXxX GrouP and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other currency.
  • All transactions are final and non-refundable.
  • FFHKD can be redeemed for selected products, services, or participation in activities on our website/Physical store.
  • fungfung.net reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the FFHKD Virtual Currency program and its terms at any time without prior notice.
  • In the event of any dispute, fungfung.net’s decision shall be final.

For Services & Website Creation

Availability:

  • Services & Website Creation will be delivered within the agreed timeframe.
  • For Xiaohongshu marketing, all content created and published by us on Xiaohongshu (including but not limited to graphics and short videos) will be displayed on your account for one year (12 months) from the date of publication. If you wish to extend the display duration, you must notify us at least 30 days in advance and pay the corresponding renewal fee. If the content is removed or hidden due to platform policies or force majeure, we will make reasonable efforts to assist in restoring it but will not be held liable for such occurrences.


Refund Policy:

  • Once the service has started, no refunds will be provided.
  • If your request is declined before work starts, a full refund will be issued.


Delivery & Shipping:

  • Services & Website Creation Services will be delivered within the agreed timeframe.

Compatibility:

  • For Xiaohongshu marketing, we will make every effort to ensure the quality of our services but cannot guarantee specific marketing outcomes (e.g., follower growth, sales conversions, etc.). and we are not liable for service interruptions or unmet expectations caused by Xiaohongshu platform policy changes, technical issues, or force majeure events.

For Physical Products

Availability:

  • Physical Products will be shipped according to the estimated delivery time listed on the product page.


Refund Policy:

  • Due to hygiene reasons, all sales are final for personal care and hygiene products (e.g., hand cream, tissues).
  • If a product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photos for a replacement or refund consideration.


Delivery & Shipping:

  • Physical Products will be shipped according to the estimated delivery time listed on the product page.

  • Products will list on fungfung.net for 6 months
  • Once the service has started, no refunds will be provided.
  • If your request is declined before work starts, a full refund will be issued.
